I bought this exact chainsaw but for some reason the hole where the knob to tighten doesn't go all the way in like how this videos does :( 1:30

Your handle is way different than what I got. That's why I'm here I can't get this figured out how they're supposed to attach.

My exact same tool dies on the 2nd years; April 2024. Batteries are still good but the motor stops spinning. I need to take things apart to look closer at the motor but I forgot how I put things together 2 years ago. Thanks for the video.
