We have some gorgeous barns in Hampshire... Loved the bubbles photo...
I love my Zeiss lenses - I use a mix of Sony/Zeiss and classic Contax/Yashica - I was AMAZED how consistent they are... The newer lenses have a bit more contrast but, other than that - they're visually the same. The "classic" Zeiss lenses can be had for a steal - I purchased my Zeiss 135mm f2.8 for 150.00 USD - I spent 1,100.00 on my 35mm f2 Loxia :)
That's amazing Marlon. Good to know that it's consistent back to the older more classic lenses as well. I'll have to take a look at the older lenses - what a bargain for that 135mm!

What lens/camera are you filming with? What lens should i get for my Rebel to get this look? last one with the camers is my fave and yout should TOTALLY use that as your banner!!!!!
Hi Liz, yes I think I will use it next time I re-design the banner, thank you. Re what I was filming with, I was using the sony a73 with a 40mm lens. If you like the look of the creamy out of focus background, the trick is to use a wide open aperture on your lens so the wider it opens, the better. I think the rebel is a cropped sensor camera right? The sony a7iii is full frame so that would make a difference also but for you, I've heard that the sigma 30mm for canon opens up to 1.4 aperture so that might suit what you are looking for!
