Is this the Academy or the Astoria? There is an identical video claiming Astoria. I remember seeing them at the Academy. I think it was at an Energy party.
He mentions in the video - BRIXTON ACADEMY LETS GO - so assuming it's ACADEMY.
'Astoria' was one of their tunes.
