Here’s what I do. I let water run over my face in the shower and may use a light bit of the washcloth to exfoliate before I put any body wash on it. Basically nothing in my face. My skin glows even more now than when I was stripping it with cleanser everyday Edit: I may try this with shampoo too to see if my hair gets better without stripping it everyday
