The shutter sound's stuck, unless it's mostly closing due to a solenoid malfunction, cause I hear the high tone very well still when it turns off.
I remember mrmattandmrchay's video when the shutter was just dying

Amazing video! That weekly sounded like another Hörmann was really audible too. There are 2 ECN’s that do whoop on a Friday which are the ones at INEOS and JettyPorts. INEOS one started first and it sounded like JettyPorts started after, Carstairs though also sounded awesome. Can’t wait to go back whenever I can, and again congrats on 600 subs! 🔊🤩

@@thunderchild2756 the last behind the scenes episode- before the test: quiet, no noise whatsoever. during the test: men talking, traffic deciding to kick in. end of test: back to a silent scene. it truly is a curse…

@@criio1 it's to do with a part of the siren known as the star delta. This particular type of siren is well known to have this problem, it's not just Ravenstruther, there's one in East Drayton that does the same.

Could well be on a higher rpm since it’s the oldest CS8 on the system and the older secomak model which you can see on older videos (2023 and prior) the wind down is different to the rest of the CS8’s.
