My husband doesn’t carry money. And if I have something in my hands I can easily forget my purse. I remember having to head back into the Hotel to go back up to the room to get my purse I almost made it to the car without. Any deviation from my routine can cause me to forget something. It actually gives me anxiety if my husband tries to put my purse in the car for me or if he tries to put it out of my reach.
😂”found a car in the lake”. You had me going there.
Pretty steady for inflatables.
So awesome guys I'm jealous!! I like the cams mounted to the tubes! SUPER SWEET
The dog with protective booties and being shaded from the sun is living his best life.
I just posted the relive route on socal ebikes Facebook group.
Thanks, looks like fun. How do we duplcate your route? Just follow the water?
What section of river is this?
We start at the rio bravo golf course parking lot and get out at the end of the kern county campground by lake Ming.
I want to meet the person that follows and films your bike rides, such a great filmmaker.
Nice milestone on the mileage!
Congrats.. so inspirational.....
great video ....
I sent this to my 50 yr old mom. Loved seeing your progression over time.
Woot woot, almost 200 views!
You guys are out of control, you need to be stopped. Having way to much fun! Happy 40th Garry!
Garry’s lucky that helmets are recommended because otherwise you would have him wearing that crown the whole time.
The boys really did a good job in the first skit. And it was cool how he recreated it years later.
Inspirational, don't give up. I'm due for a full hip replacement this summer. I thought I might not be able to snowboard properly again but it's guys like you who give me reassurance by not letting even the worst situations get you down.
I call “Click Bait”. That wasn’t a tree, more like a shrub, barely an “ambush”.😅
That’s how Garry described it to me!!! 😂
Whoa. Where is this? So beautiful.
This is Ming lake in Bakersfield California…our little piece of heaven.
Good job !’ Very icy man made , no carving but nice skidded turns! I had back surgery, then hip replacement surgery.. Your video gave me confidence to return to the slopes. I have a trip coming up in Jan.’23… I can’t wait !!
Song choice is F*CKING PERFECT!! Those costumes are insane, I don't know where you guys find this stuff. Awesome Video, looking forward to more Big Bear shenanigans from you guys!
That’s so awesome!!! Congratulations to her!!
How did she not go into the water?! Lol
I know!!!!! She has always had amazing luck!
🤤 Prⓞм𝕠𝕤𝐌
Another great video! Can’t believe you had the water to yourselves.
Love the Burp.
🙂
We’ve watched your video so many times lol we’re wondering what kind of contraption you have holding the GoPro
Glad you liked our video…the camera isn’t a GoPro..which we have used for years…the camera is a Insta360 one x2…it’s 360 degree video technology…it’s the best camera we have had so far…the camera hides the selfie stick…the camera is on a selfie stick connected to the inner tube…
Great adventure guys! Also great editing, I really like the Relive thing at the end. You guys are the best!
Thanks for the video! We’re camping at Camp Kernville this weekend. How are the water levels for floating? Are they low?
Also how long was the float?
When we went tubing in the video…the water was low for what we are used to. Any lower you would have to walk certain sections of the part of the river we were on. There is a chart you can look at called lower kern river flow chart. They seem to release water from lake Isabella at different flow rates at different times. We floated at 500 cfs…lower than that would mean hitting rocks lol hope this helps…
The weekend we were there in the video the float was 2.5 hours…this is very slow..meaning the river flow was low…past years we have made the float in 45 minutes when the water flow was faster…the float time depends on the water flow…
I appreciate your video so much. Where exactly was this that you launched out from? How far was the return walk to your vehicle? Do you have any recommendations on where to camp? I'm wanting to take my family (8 & 9yo kiddos in tow) out there for a 2 or 3 night stay. Which means this will be our first official summer vacationing trip, ie: roadtripping, visiting this area, swimming in a river, camping, etc. Your video has me sold and it looks like you had a blast, which is exactly what I'm hoping for in the same kind of memories for my kids to have and cherish forever.
We launch at the gravel parking lot behind Kern river golf course and get out at Kern river camp ground..it is a 2.4 mile float on the river. We set up our shade and chairs at Ming lake…there is no overnight camping at Ming lake and no swimming at Ming lake. The best setup is to have someone drop you off at the gravel parking lot and pick you up at the campground. From lake Ming it’s a 1 mile walk the the gravel parking lot and 1 mile walk from the campground back to the lake…not fun…we tried that in the past. We highly recommend tubing with an experienced person the first time without the kids…the river can be extremely dangerous at times…the current can take you under the brush at the edges and the rapids can dump you out of your tube. That section is fun if you are careful. Don’t use blowup floating devises..rocks and branches will pop them…we use rubber inner tubes for large truck tires they are very tough. Don’t wear flip flops on your feet…wear buckle on sandals…you will lose the flip flops very easily and regret that. I hope this helps..be safe
I love it… this thing is covered!
love the vid!
You guys have all of the badass toys!! Also SWEET front yard. 👍👍
Just a couple of dopes on the slopes!! You guys are the best 😎👍 have fun this winter guys!!
Love the music. 🤠
Fun to watch
Awesome 👏
I’m all in, thanks for the sneak peek of the challenges that lie ahead.
Hope you love it!
Congratulations! Why do you prefer it to skiing? Asking for a skier friend.
Jorge Morandi it was easier on my thighs and knees. And it was easier to do harder runs than on skis. and no yard sales! lol
is that up Hwy 33?
the first part is balcom canyon road between somis and santa paula.....the second part is ceek road that I take to go to work.
You make me tired watching this... :D
Congratulations! Awesome video keep on having fun!!
Hello, awesome video! How many days approx took you to be at that level in the last run of the video?
I started about 2 hours on a Saturday morning and about 2 hours on Sunday morning each weekend and did that for about 6 weeks. I was exhausted after a few hours learning and would have to stop. However, if you add up the hours, probably about 3-4 days.
Great job! How many times did it take you until you were having fun?
Makayla Anderson - First time was Thanksgiving weekend. Everyday I went we videotaped and they are all in the video / thus the different outfits. The last video was taken in February. 8 years later and I am still at it every weekend! 😜
you guys are too cute!
just wanted to know where you guys jumped in the water and where did you guys get off. How long was the trip in the water and how long was it when you walked back.
Alex Ucelo - we get in at the overflow parking at the golf course by Lake Ming. It takes a little over an hour to float down and we get out at the end of the campground there at Lake Ming. Took us about 1/2 hour walk back as the wife has a bad hip
smart taking that scooter.
Great job. I still eat shit allot but i am learning. looks like fun when you stay up
I'm 43 with skiing behind me.gonna get into this big time
