I think I’m loading pen correctly with the putty but sometimes my drills won’t come off pen and stick to canvas, they stay stuck on the putty. Any tips?
Depending on your locations climate, sometimes putty might be too soft and stingy. Be sure to not overload putty. You could also reduce stickiness by dirtying it a little bit by tapping it a few times on your clothing after it's loaded. Some uses ice pack while they dp to keep it cool. If none works, then maybe consider another putty that's firmer.
I purchased this kit as my first diamond art club canvas and it looks amazing when it's finished.

This pen is from Elite VPen Designs
Is there a way to know which ones have trading cards? I've got 5 canvass from them and none of them had one. They were all around $50-$60.
The trading cards are still rolling out. Eventually all canvass should have them. I would assume by now, the newer release would have them?

What are those sparling drills
They are call AB drills. It has an iridescent coating that reflects different colores and make it looks shiny.
