Update: I sold this sawmill after using it only a few times. It is not practical, easy, or fun to use. The installation guide had many typos and errors. Several parts were missing when the sawmill arrived and it took 2 years to receive them. Overall I am not impressed with Norwood and would NOT buy another one of their products.

The one thing I left out my grandparents horse power was a 115 and it has red and white writing on the front And blue in the side and it said thunderbolt it also had an emergency gas take underneath but it was a great motor still is you can’t find it anywhere crazy

I like the Recoil Handle on it. Could have used it on my 84 115, as It had a weak battery and I was too cheap to replace it. When cold, it would start on the 3 pull

It’s amazing to hear that sound my grandparents had a motor like that the only difference was it was a 115 horse power it had a place Where u could put your foot on the Motor to climb in and out of the boat it as a 7 seater boat man but the engine was a classic.

I have no use for one of those but I bet it would be fun to put my 61 husqy on it and cut some lumber.

So if you were to sell this motor how much would it go for mines restored but is a 850 but the plate says mercury 1000 and does not have the cdi unit everything is original and rebuilt all the way and runs darn good
