That's a strange, eerie place to have a birthday party. As I was watching the video I was praying that none of those kids would fall off the concrete ledge into the water. But then I saw the kids out there in the murky water playing, and obviously having a good time. The other thing I noticed is that Dunkoy is only 2 years old, yet they are having a big party to celebrate? He seems to young to really appreciate all that went into this event. This kid's birthday looks like more of an excuse to have a big party than it is an actual birthday celebration. I guess it all depends on your point of view. It looks like everyone was having fun, and that's what's most important. That four wheel pickup truck with the seats in back looks like it comes in VERY handy for events like this, and has almost become Juvy's family property. Thanks for sharing your experience. It looks like you have adopted a nice family that really depends on you. Was that your intention, or did it just evolve that way? I'm not sure if it is a life I would choose for myself, but to each his own. I would be curious to know if this adopted family of yours really appreciates you, or whether or not they just view you as the family ATM machine? You certainly have enhanced their lives, there is no doubt about that, and that is something to be proud of. Tell me the truth though, does Juvy really love you, or is she just doing whatever it takes to keep your wallet open? In other words, if you were poor, would she still want to be with you? I suppose if you are happy, it doesn't matter much.

Is it possible for you pls to make a video of either 3 bedrm or 2 bedrm Pool Villas at Zen Villas or anywhere else not too far away from Alona Beach please as i plan to come to Bohol Island /Pangalao Island to buy a property to retire too next year 2025. If you have access to Borax soap, pour a line of it around the garden. It’ll kill the ants as. They pick up boraxic acid on their feet and takes it back to their nest. Works pretty good.

I saw a urologist on RUclips the other night talking about using a tennis ball to massage the prostate. My wife bought me 3 tennis balls and it really works. I think it helps with the frequent urination and also helps in the bedroom. If you know what I mean. LOL

Loved it as an Expat myself living in Valencia I was LMAO at allot of your references as allot of westerners won't get it. Especially as we just get used to certain things in daily life such as Driving is a "Sport" in the Philippines of organized chaos where you literally feel like your taking your life in your own hands every time you venture out dodging everything as you didn't mention all the stray animals wandering out into the road or sleeping like the cow in the middle of the night snoozing away. Or better yet are the roads that suddenly end and my favorite was the safety notice of road work were some potted plants lined up. Or a fav of mine is watching the rats come out as the trash pile could be 10 feet away from the stand cooking your dinner. Another favorite is the lines for service especially at government entities like LTO etc. And while festive the crowds a festivals are off the chain. Good thing is church attendance where popular ones you have to show up early to get a seat. Or another fav sport is seeing just how many you can fit on your Motorbike (6 is max adults I've seen with rumors of up to 10) pedicab heading to school with 6 to 10 on a single one. And then the Lack of safety regulations with construction guys on scaffolds wearing flip flop slippers or in Cebu saw 2 painters 6 stories in the air on a 2x6 piece of wood painting a building with shared bucket of paint and no safety harness and just a rope with a knot in it to adjust the height (after talking to them they were getting regular wages of $500 peso a day no extra for dangerous work) So allot of interesting things to adjust and adapt to but I Love it here !!

Juvy has the best life living in the province is so much better in my opinion. I lived in Cebu province Balamban location it was amazing the country life the freedom to do as you please! Hey Jeff & Mike: You forgot the most important monthly expense of all - your woman! It looks like she is fond of new clothes, as many women are. Above what it would cost for you to live alone, how much does she and her family cost you? There is a guy on RUclips that lives in the province somewhere north of Manila, who goes by the name "Uncle Jessie". He's an old guy who is married to a REAL young Philippine woman, barely legal. He gets accused a lot from trolls for robbing the cradle, but from what I can see they are very happy together. He's got a unique way of dealing with finances - he doesn't spend a nickel more on his woman and living expenses than what he takes in each month from his pension, social security, or whatever. If they have any extra each month, they use it to build a house extension on their family plot. I'm not even sure he has any savings to dig into, even if they wanted to, but watch the videos and judge for yourself. To me the best way to handle finances in a situation like that is to just give your woman a monthly allowance. Tell her she can spend it on clothes, make-up, jewelry, her family, Xmas gifits, or whatever she wants to spend it on. Then the job of deciding how her money should be spent is her decision.

That boot that went out on your front axle is part of the CV axle assembly. Sometimes they just wear out, like after about 70K miles, or they can get hit by a stone and break open. In the USA they do not repair them, they just replace them. After they install the new CV axle, they have to do a front end alignment. Expect to pay about $600 for that full service. It's a common repair on older vehicles with front wheel drive.
