It's a great spot for summer slalom windsurfing. With a northerly wind, the water becomes flat, and the shore break is less intense. The beach is large, so there’s a bit of a walk from the parking lot. But it’s always worth it for an amazing session in the open sea. 🌊 🤙

@@fp3359 it was like 1.5-2m waves. It is just always not visible on camera when you film it. Unfortunately the camera can't really capture the real environment and excitement

@@reflectoreke1 Thank you! I did 3 elimenations with 3 heats each (managed to be always in B finale) . So it was 9 races in total. And the last elimenation wind was absolutely blowing but the gopro battery died. unfortunately the last most crazy races were not filmed.

@@KristofJarder The video is from different spots. Flat water , high wind and sunset is from Westeinderplassen. The other sunny sunset videos are from Gouwzee. Also many parts are from Brouwersdam and Amstelmeer.

@@sentoqz4733 Yes I am, but as of now I don't think I will have a chance to have one. At least I am planning to try them at the upcoming Jordy's clinic in Tenerife in January.
Can you make any comments on the two boards you're riding: FMX vs FF?
@@fonsvandenhove both boards are really durable and nice to ride. It is a bit hard to compare because FMX is a much smaller 78L so it feels much more controllable in high winds and speeds. I like them both. Jibing on FMX feels different. I think I like fmx jibing a bit more. And I think FutureFly is easier on the back leg comparing to FMX.

Testing the FMX board? Just for fun or considering to replace your Dark Horse?
@@rcggijzen I bought FMX for Defi. It is the smallest slalom board which I could find 78L back then.. The FF smallest is 97L. I love the combi of FMX 78l with 5.0 warp. It really works well for high wind. Already tested it at 40+ knots at Defi and here in NL - it is nice and controllable.
Fin blasting is still „the best thing“ in windsurfing
