Hi, yeah I guess it depends on what you love to play. I find that this guitar is great for picking but it also really comes alive with a pick and heavy strumming. The padauk wood is also a nice tone wood and balances out the spruce nicely. The craftsmanship on this guitar is right up there too. I'd say go and try a few in different sizes as well.

I was first getting into nylon guitars about three years ago and I wanted something very playable and these ones are incredibly playable as is the Cordoba Stage which I also have.

You're most welcome. Hope you enjoy the guitar. Be prepared to swap out the tuners though as one of mine perished a while back. Fortunately, you can find a spot on replacement that drops right in.

@@vertigofall I had a chance to play a Dowina Bona Vida Nylon at a local guitar store about a year ago, and the sound has stuck with me. Very strong, clear and loud but with all the warmth and softness of a classical guitar. Hearing you play this reminds me of that guitar's tone. Would love to hear that sound on a record, so alive and free. Cheers :)

Cons string pin is recessed & are a pain to remove. Tuners tend to break easily needs a quarter turn on neck from Factory. All in all a good guitar

@@ronbyrd4203 hi, your definitely correct about the tuners breaking, one of mine has! In the process of ordering a decent replacement. Apart from that this guitar has been a great little writing and playing instrument.

I agree mate. We won't get those days back, a mate of mine said recently that we take what we can get these days. We were totally spoiled back in the 90s. Perhaps I'm getting old today's bands just don't have that rock n roll vibe. I know that's a very biased opinion. But you know what...it was a good gig and Squire's guitar work was solid.

@@vertigofall I met them before they were famous...... They did a gig in Liverpool and came back to my friends lovely house....... Liam was a t I t....... Spitting on my friends carpet, saying that they're going to be bigger than the beatles...... All in all a complete toss pot..... Noel was ok, he just kept apologising for dick heads behaviour.

@@bernardmartinand7506 yes, of course, the sound is always the most important factor. This guitar sounds fantastic as well. The playability is amazing and the pickup and EQ works very well. Personally, I love mine.

I love it. Fits in my hand very well. I never liked the Gibson slim taper neck profile. Very subjective of course.
