How could you say it's true love? It's a date. Dates are the most exciting times in your life. They dated and they loved it because they had no responsibilities. No house payments no children to pick up no arguments to get into about the home. All of the pleasant things in your life happen when you're dating or cheating. Maybe other words should be used describe this relationship. Desire, passion, excitement being with another person while married? Cheating on your loved one? Living a fantasy? Being extremely selfish. You are very selfish when you hide this kind of event from your married partner. And many other emotions. Why is it always love? I don't like it. I think it's disgusting. And I think it sends a wrong message to the people really love each other. The dedicated ones that work hard at it. This is a fantasy made by the movie industry to excite people with romantic scenes. Hollywood is good at it. They came up with words to make it nicer, like, affair, tryst, One night stand and many others. Good luck and be careful who you think you love.
@@MrGazzara I totally understand and agree with you. My ex cheated on me constantly, so therefore I left him. Clearly, he wasn't the marrying kind. Some marriages don't work out. The film is fiction. However, second marriages often fare better than first. The implication at the end of the film is that Streep and DeNiro will stay together and will engage in "true love," which takes a lot sometimes. Heck, I'm just on RUclips to get my music out there. My songs tend to be about unrequited love, which is probably the worst kind. Take care and keep loving. Thanks for your long response.
Disgusting betrayal. Hiding lying sneaking. What about the betrayed people. No one cares. Movies romanticize infidelity and cheating. To me, cheating is not romantic.
