Schweitzer Mountain MTB - Pinch Flat - Butterstuff - Shake-n-Bake - Collector
Just a 15 minute run from the Skyhouse to the Village via Pinch Flat, Butterstuff, Shake-n-Bake and Collector. Butterstuff is a new run that adds a much better option to the Pinch Flat route. My new favorite top to bottom run!

Coiler Carving - First Tracks - Schweitzer Mountain Resort

I've been a little shy on content this season. We got off to a slow start with a minimal amount of snowfall and warm temps through February. Early March delivered and filled in the gaps so the groomers could do their thing. It's been a great 3 weeks of powder and nice groomers! Here's first run down Sam's Alley and Prime Time on 3-15-2024. Riding the UPZ hard boots and the Coiler.

    Hey, first of all thanks the footage. I have been scoping out Schweitzer for 2 years now. I’m from Pa where we don’t seem to get snow nor the temperatures until winter is half way over. Not holding you to it, but if I were to pick a solid week to travel, when do you think the best snow usually hits? Again we can’t really predict the weather in that window anymore, but the past years is a reference. I love the looks of Vail’s mountains, but the lift lines are disgusting. Hope to hear from you.

      Hi Michael, I'd say the best month is definitely February and early March. January can be spotty but depends on if we have a good early season. If you like spring skiing then mid to late March / early April are nice. February for the goods though!

    • @7B-808
      @7B-808 2 года назад

      Hi Jim! This was with the 360 Max. Short answer is that you basically have to edit each clip twice. First, you'll need the GoPro app to dial in the 360 portion of the video and produce an mp4 of the final clip. Then I put all of those clips into Davinci Resolve and make the movie. It's a bummer sometimes because of the extra work, but the outcome is usually good. You can spend a lot of time in the 360 editor playing around w/ all the angles. Here's one vid on how to use the editor... there's many more too ruclips.net/video/pYMxFK93uxY/видео.html
