There is no pool in this community. The HOA would include trash pickup. Plantersfield comes with new appliances, including a washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher.

Thanks, my wife and I are coming down in October to look around, and hopefully make a decision to move. It’s hard to just look online at properties and developments. Wish I could just do it tomorrow. But have to get through the summer first

If it's a wooden house, 1.4M is a fair price. Here in southern Europe, the only wooden houses are the tree houses for children to play.

I have had a lot of clients that were new to the area that have had similar concerns. As your real estate agent I make sure you know every home we look at what flood zone it is in. For this community, it is in Flood Zone X. Flood Zone X is the lowest risk zone for flooding. You would not need to worry about flooding.

Some places near the point would be Sea Cabin, Sea Marsh II, Ocean View Villas, or Inlet Point Villas.

I moved here in 2018 and the best decision ever. Love it down here!
