I think it is sick and in bad taste to breed deformed birds. Have a look at the bird in there natural habitat here in Australia. They look nothing like the rubbish you people are breeding and showing videos off. These mutations have come about because people that do not understand the science of genetics. New blood is never introduce, by that I mean new blood from Australian natural stock. Hence over 60+ years the blood lines are so mixed up who really knows what you are going to get as offspring. You buy a bird from england to breed with, how do you know it is not related back to your birds from 30 years ago. You have mixed aviaries with hundreds of budgies all inter breeding then a few of these get mixed up in peoples breeding stock. Then what have you done with the blood lines. I know heaps of people put siblings back to parents to breed to try and fix a particular trait with absolutely no regard to the effect on the blood lines and genetics. For me what you are showing is absolute messed up rubbish.
