How tall was your building overall… looking to do something similar but have some height restrictions with my township
The building is approx 25' tall. This is flexible; if you need it lower, we can work out a different profile of either wall height, roof pitch, or both.

Would be interested on wall height, and amount of space in loft. To span the 30ft, what truss/ joist were used. Beautiful garage, Tom should be proud.
The wall height is 12' 8" high (10' framing, plus 2' 8" concrete stemwall). The upper level area is 16' x 40'. The truss structure will vary depending on where the the unit is to be installed (due to diversity of wind/snow codes in different areas).
Sorry. What did you use for lighting. I’m about to start a pole barn garage in Mass so looking for insights.
We do not offer the electrical wiring; that was done by an electrician after our phase of the project was complete.
