@@rebeccacorbitt9602 you should definitely watch the full video I posted. I showed the viewers 2 different ways to cut them. The one you are referring to is the first one I showed. It’s more commonly used when the knife skills of the peeper wants to be displayed or is standing out in a dish.

that’s why the top and bottom is being cut off to where it may be view as wasteful or useless but use can still use it.

@@jademalanchefservices Yessssss, it's the best version imo. Also, the sticks are AMAZING for baking, 1-1 best replacement I've found for cookies, cakes, anything that needs butter. It even browns well!
