Just figured out the other day after years of seeing clean ions and wagons around, the body panels are all plastic. No fenders to rust out. Also killer idea replacing the back window like this lol, if you know any abandonded buildings or see anybody remodeling you can frame any old window in there lol
Having plastic panels is perfect for living in the rust belt lol. New back window coming soon, I'm hunting for an old camper window. One that cranks open.😂🤣

Harness was unscathed believe it or not. The other axle was replaced the next week. 🤙🏻

Bro this happened on my 98 Jetta was cruising then nothin. the valves slammed and I had to get them refit it and retimed cuz my dumbass tryed to start it before checking what happened.
It's crazy how fast it happens too lol, I was fortunate enough to be able to just slap a new belt on.

Keyway for the crank pulley is 180 degrees from where it should be. But it managed to stay wedged in and continue to spin.
