Theres time involved in washing the gi, removing snow from the car, commuting, getting there a bit early...packing everything up, cleaning the mats, chatting with the boys, and commuting back home.....plus its always at prime time (evening) so you have to make dinner way early or way late, and if you dont have a wife or mother you have to do the dishes. but i agree 2x per week is ample. 3x is better. 4-5x is super high level, 1x is if you are too wasted or if you have a minor sprain going on etc... Like the gym, it all boils down for me how much my body can take to allow for muscle growth and not be overtrained. People who only show once a month are bonkers. I have faith and get my "ass to class".

I refrain from swearing but would say Back Off if really offended as swearing could inflame a situation. I prefer to say "That's insulting" or "That's not fair for you to say that" can be very powerful... Great video...thanks...
