Morning! I would tend to agree with you with a basic solar package. The 1,000 watts that is on this one is quite a large package. The monitoring system will tell you how long you can go before the 400 Ah lithium battery is dead. We have played with this, when running the air conditioner off the battery, it will say, you can run the A/C for 5 to 6 some hours before the battery is dead based on current overhead sun. Pending sun, it could be shorter, and it could go longer. A plan B is always nice for sure, but this set up will go the distance pending on what you want to run and how long you want to run it. Morning!! The (Ozite) ceiling they used to use for years brought some great benefits to the table. A slight layer of additional insulation and some sound deadening as well. The drawback was, on some occasions, the Ozite would droop or bubble in spots creating trouble for customers. It was repairable, however. Thanks for watching!! Camping Cass

Hello! They do not offer tankless water heater. However, they do offer a 16-gallon Suburban brand water heater which I promise, it will not disappoint. We had a customer with an AF fifth wheel with this water heater, and the shower head broke while on a trip. He still used the shower with water running straight from the hose. Morning! Jayco uses 5/8 tongue and groove flooring which is great. However, they do not have blocks or plates below for reinforcement. About the best thing a guy could do is to drop of the underbelly, possibly remove holding tanks pending their location, put steel plates below the exact areas you are needing and mount the chalks into that. It would take some time but doable. Hopefully that helps. Camping Cass

Hey Debbie! You will want to chalk the offside tires well and jack it up on the frame. However, a better way to do it is, at RV stores, you can buy what they call a (Trailer Aid), you will want to break the lug nuts loose while the bad tire is on the ground, then drive up on this plastic ramp with the good tire on the side you need to get up and it lifts the other axle & you change the tire. That is what I would recommend. Hope that helps. Camping Cass
