I have the old pink iMac m1 version. Yes I don’t like that you can’t get the Magic Mouse and trackpad. It took 3 months to get my iMac because I added some upgrades. I went into the store and they had a pink trackpad. Now I want the keyboard with the number but they said I can’t only get the silver one. Enjoy yours.

Some people used the Apple support, others went through Best Buy Total Tech Support, went to their Apple store, etc. You may need to run through a few hurdles like talking to different people (tech, sales, reps) and used certain keywords such as was damaged or missing.
