The decision to move on so fast was an indication that she never loved Marcus Lamb. It's that simple. Nobody in their right mind would sacrifice their family and almost risk bringing down such a huge respected ministry down just to fulfil their earthly lust. How can Joni profess to move on seven months after the demise of Marcus. I don't think that is realistic, she is probably under a powerful influence from Doug, looking at Doug's antecedent with his former wife.
