The Sear Station is a dedicated area which reaches temperatures of 700 to 800 degrees: The extra burner, when fired up in tandem with flanking burners on "high," gives foo...

Oh no! I will not purchase that rotisserie product.
I wish Weber had designed grills so that rotisserie, with meat ,has enough clearance so no need to remove grates.
Good idea to start checking internal temperature after one hour and shut off gas when temp reaches 160-165 degrees. Cook time may vary.
Hello is possible to cook 2 birds at the time
You didn't describe removing grates to provide sufficient clearance for bird to rotate. I would run the end burners, with center off, and use a pan to collect drippings for gravy, if simply rotisserie cooking without heavy seasoning or swabbing with sauce.
I feel like I need a cigarette and a shower...🤣
*Nice stove>>>**allmy.tips/Summit_Range?q17 ** Should have included conversion kit for LP, which I needed to order separately. Also instructions for conversion of oven were outdated. I needed to call Summit to get the correct instructions.*
Anything to do with Weber, you can double the price at least. There are much more value choices out there.
Yep. And Weber grills, gas or charcoal, will last for years, if not decades. You won't get that kind of longevity from a $100 gas grill from Walmart.
Always roast at 185 for several hours. My chicken usually sits out there for about 6 hours. Never cook at higher temps especially when cooking a nice turkey breast. The lower the temp equates to tender super juicy meat. Hope this helps.
what brand of weber is he using
An absolute waste of time making a potentially great video into a disaster with that pathetic fucking music. FOOL.
Several comments asking about temp. He's got all three burners on and they are all turned to medium. Weber vids talk about indirect heat, like in a charcoal kettle, but don't spell it out in their videos.
Good video! Weber recommends you place a drip tray on flavorizer bars when using rotisserie. Will allow for better clean up and longer life of your flavoizer bars.
This video tells the bare minimum. Why don't these gigis ever answer any of the questions?
Why is the vocal track panned hard left?
Plz advise. Just bought Weber Genesis e310. Haven't yet used rotisserie. Question: Aren't U afraid re: BACTERIA to keep dipping that mop into the liquid when going from RAW to cooked chicken, using same bowl, mop?
If you are worried about bacteria you wouldn't eat at all
I asked the same question in culinary class on the first day. We were sauteing chicken and chef was using the same tongs the whole time from raw to fully cooked. You should've seen the look on his face. He dipped the tongs into the hot oil for a few seconds and asked if I was satisfied. Lol
@@sauceboss9313 the chicken is on high heat the bacteria would die. I would not use the same mop once I take our the chicken from the fire.
without the loud and anoing music it would have been a good video (I guess)
+Jollie Ollie I agree, its like 60's porno music. Detracts from video.
oozing its love?
Which temp did you use?
Fucken hot to start off with then turn down to about half should do the trick
hello, I have one question . I hope u can help me , but u think that I can adapt the Weber 7614 Spirit Rotisserie Kit - 200/300 to my Weber 741001 1-Touch Charcoal Grill ?
Did you do this using indirect heat (the two outside burners off?)
What did you have the temp set at on the dials please? Low, medium etc .TY JD
