From a Pile of Parts to Burnout Machine! 1973 Mustang is on the road!
The last video we went through this car and checked out what we all got with it. In this episode I put it all back together and got it running like new. There's lots of rattles left but it's running and driving now and looking halfway decent. I need to put a few more days into it to get it a bit better but it's good enough to drive it for a few nice days this summer. The mustang is an American icon and I think it deserves that title. The interior is refreshed, new carburetor, new tie rods, transmission cooler, and lots of other odds and ends. It's definitely a cool car

1973 Mustang Project Car Walk Around and Getting Running
Просмотров 122Месяц назад
I picked up this 1973 Mustang convertible in May for $2000 I intended on getting it running and driving right away but as always I got busy. We'll here's the first video on it of me going to pick it up. going all through the parts and the state that it's in and finally getting it running. the 302 sounded good and it motivated me enough to finally get it going and on the road. #hotrod #automotiv...

This weekend we put on a little car show for thr 60th anniversary of our towns fire department. my grandpa brought several down and he's going to walk us through his and a few of the others that people had brought. it may not be as fancy as the big city ones but it's great that we got to get together as a car community for it. there's a 2001 corvette z06, 1989 corvette, 2004 SSR, 1954 Chevy 310...

I ran into lots of added expenses and problems during the swap. it required an aftermarket oil pan, headers, computer, wiring harness, gauges, fuel tank, fuel pump and many other small hidden costs. is this swap worth it or should you just stick with the ole reliable chevy 350? in my opinion most of the time this swap is not worth the money invested i...

I would go to the south, buy a beater, and either tow it back, or drive it back. That same Tahoe in Texas will sell for a little more here, but would have zero rust on it. I have a 94 Chevy truck with 300K, that has zero rust on it. Working on it is a breeze because none of the nuts and bolts are rusted.

Greetings from the province of Pontassieve in Florence, Italy, I have a Suzuki Jimmy 4x4 with a 1.3 LT petrol m13a engine from the year 2001, all original, which I use for off-roading on rural and forest trails and I see that my Suzuki Jimmy 4x4, even if it is original in the countryside, on these dirt roads of rural farms and on the forest roads that loggers often use to transport the wood out of the forest with their forestry tractors, skidders and forwarders, it performs very well on these trails, even if it is all original and is not prepared for extreme off-roading, but with the right mud tires it goes very well off-roading on forest roads, even in the presence of mud!

Have a 99 Tacoma, owned it for 20 years, great truck, but can’t argue a single thing that was just said, everything is accurate- frames rot, parts are expensive (have to use oem if you want to maintain reliability), way, way overpriced, in the northwest they routinely get in the high teens for trucks with 150k miles. It’s pretty stupid what people pay. That said, mines been pushed very hard, and regardless of mileage or abuse, it’s like a Timex, takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I’ll also argue, reliability wise and build quality wise, there’s no comparison between a Ford or Chevy and a Toyota. If you’ve got rear ends and transmissions failing, you’re asking too much of the truck. You don’t buy one to tow, or for fuel economy. You buy one because every time you turn the key it starts
