2023-07-01: It doesn’t work to just ask in RUclips for word pronunciations. I quickly found 4 totally different pronunciations, I’m guessing this has it right: DIKE sis (deictic) and DIKE tick (deixis).

I can't watch this because only one speaker's lips move. They're moving constantly, and don't match the pace of the words being uttered. They're moving when the other speaker's voice is being heard. It's very confusing

Basque even has medial spatial deictics: hau (proximal) - hori (medial) - hura (distal) and I think so do Spanish (este - ese - aquel) and very conservative varieties of Catalan (aquest - aqueix - aquell; ací - aquí - allà) and Valencian (este - eixe - aquell, ací - aquí - allà).
