Thanks man! 10% bigger for the jets and think 2.5 turns out but I don’t recall. Pods were the cheapest ones I could find haha there are a couple of forums on tuning these cv carbs with pods. Don’t remember which one I used but give it a google. Good luck!

Ey man thanks for watching. Didn’t find any real issues. The only thing I would advice you to check is all the clearances so your controls can move easily. Also make sure you have enough leverage on the brake side. The way this is set up works fine but you do need to push quite hard to get the brake to lock up. I usually use brake cleaner which works fine aswel if you don’t use it to often. Not 100% what your question is but if the question is if I used a ‘starter fluid’ to help start the engine it’s a yes!

Yeah this was good reminder😅 ever since this incident I’ve made sure to wear gloves, face mask and even hearing protection. Complacency is a funny thing. Happy I got lucky and learned my lesson. Now let’s hope it sticks haha

Thanks man I appreciate it! If everything was working before I think I would double check all the connections. Maybe a bad ground or one of the wires got switched? That’s what I would check first. You can use a multimeter to check wether the coil as live left in it. (Kinda of a lot to explain so would suggest googling that or checking out a video about that on RUclips of course!) if you double checked everything and it still doesn’t work I think would guess the cdi to be the problem. Ah super annoying man! The colour of the smoke usually indicates what the issue is. If I’m not mistaken black or dark smoke indicates that the bikes is running too rich. I think I would check a couple of things. The colour the spark plugs after one of those 30 min. Rides. It’s should be brown/grayish. If it’s black it’s running too rich, if it’s white it running too lean. I’m assuming it’s running too rich. There could be a couple reasons for that. 1 the floats aren’t adjusted properly so the gas running over in to the engine. 2 the air filter is clogged, so little air is entering the engine throwing off the mixture. 3 the mixture screws are out of whack causing it to run too rich. I’m assuming the bike is stock and it has the stock jets installed. If not that something you could check out aswell. Hope that helps my man! Good luck! If you have any other questions let me know!

Samenspel van 100 dingen tegelijk denk ik. Hij reed heel langzaam in een bocht kneep per ongeluk de Voorrem wat het gewicht natuurlijk behoorlijk verplaatst. Dus motor kantelde en werd te zwaar om te houden. Cilinder ging bijna op z’n voet dus hij koos ervoor om z’n voet te redden haha 1 minuscuul krasje op de kleppendeksel dus valt allemaal enorm mee gelukkig!
