Never played gta 4 so I can’t say anything negative here. I have played gta 5 so I can say the game is pretty got damned fun. I will have to get gta 4 so I can experience these differences for myself and then make a decision. I can say from watching this video that gta 4 is realistic while gta 5 looks realistic. It’s like rockstar developers just gave up on the realism factor when making gta 5. What a shame.

GTA4 was so far ahead of its time, the attention to detail is amazing. One of my favourite features was that reducing someones health to 0 only incapacitated them. Made you feel less guilty and it made paramedics useful, but you could also kill them if you keep shooting.

I get GTA 5 likely had to cut some things for time or storage because of the updates graphics, but the original PS3 version doesn't look that much better than GTA 4.
