Well, the time I spent in there on the first night, the noise didn't seem to be that bad. But, I was literally showered and laying in bed preparing for sleep around 9:45pm when I received a message in the Virgin Voyage app from concierge requesting that I come to the concierge desk to discuss a possible upgrade/room change. So, I got dressed and they said I have the option of upgrading to a Sea Terrace room. (I did a video on that one also). While I absolutely loved the space of the accessible room, I also liked the idea of having a room with a balcony. So, I accepted the room upgrade and the cabin stewards helped move all of my belongings to the new room. Manuevering my scoorter was a struggle getting in and out of the sea terrace room, but I made it work. The shower in the sea terrace room was also a tight squeeze with my shower chair. I was nonweight bearing and could walk or put any pressure on my left foot. So I had to sit on a chair to shower. All in all, I made it work. The accessible room and bathroom were nice, spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable. But, I didn't experience the noise since I left the room that same night.

Thank you. I was in the cast for two weeks. Then, in the boot for about 9-10 weeks.

😊No physical hubby in my life yet. Jesus is my husbandman (Isaiah 54:5-8) until the Lord sends the man of God who he has called to be my husband! But, my sister in Christ was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my recovery. She’s the one who recorded all the videos.

Hello Wade! Yeah, I've been off the crutches for a while now. I was able to get out of the boot in early January. I;ve been walking now, but with a limp. I'll be sure to post my videos of physical therapy sessions to provide updates.

I actually haven’t been using my crutches much. I’ve be using my knee crutch, the iWalk to get around since I’m still non weight bearing. But, I began physical therapy on 12/13/23 and started gait training, or learning to walk with the crutch to slowing ween into weight bearing. My therapist showed me the isometric exercises to began doing at home. As well as glute and thigh exercises to strengthen my leg since it hasn’t been working due to the injury.

Thanks so much, I really appreciate it. I’m recovery well. Still a ways to go, but getting stronger each day. I haven’t recording any videos lately, but as soon as I do, I’ll be sure to post soon.

I had surgery on my knee back in 2006. During that time I used crutches for a short while.
