      I know it really is!! I hadn’t seen this one in a while and the movie actually seems to get better each time I rewatch. I couldn’t believe he was in the movie either! Very funny and cool that he scored the movie and had a role in it. Yes RIP David Lynch! Thank you!

    Three hours?!!! Yikes!! Glad I saw your review!! Not sure I will see this one! Even though it sounds good, I don't think any movie, except maybe Lord of the Rings, warrants three hours! An intermission would be necessary!! Also, I do appreciate your viewpoint about AI. Part of the charm of low budget movies is that they don't have a lot of high tech and expensive bells and whistles. And was it really necessary that the language was perfectly fluent of Hungarians today? So I agree with you. All in all, I trust your judgement about these movies as I have agreed with your review after seeing them. Keep it up!!

      Yeah it was actually 3 hr and 20 min if you exclude the intermission! Very lengthy and while it was good, don’t know that it needed every minute of that. Glad you enjoyed the review and got something out of it! Thanks for your support!!

    He is not "transformative"; that would me he transforms us. He was simply "transformed". His representation of Nosferatu is not "immaculative"; that means "clean, without stain". You mean perhaps "mpeccable" (with sin or flaw). Stick to words you know and your reviews will be easier to credit.

    • @desmondmyers
      @desmondmyers 24 дня назад

      ?? What are you on about dude? He said “immaculate” not “immaculative” “Transformative” is an adjective meaning “causes a marked change in someone or something” …like an acting performance could. Anyway great review man!

    Thanks for the review!! Great flick! Funny thing...I NEVER realized this took place on Xmas Eve...you are so right! Who in the hell would go to a corporate party on Xmas Eve?! Alan Rickman's Gruber is my favorite movie villain! It was also nice to see Alexander Gudonov in this. He played a good "bad guy" even though his screen time was brief. Ultimately, Bruce Willis was terrific in this. Truly great flick!!

    • @trevortalksmovies

      Glad you enjoyed it! I know right?! I didn't even realize it until I heard people calling it a Christmas movie and rewatched. Ridiculous idea to have a work party the night before Christmas lol but useful as a plot device! Yes, Gudonov was really good too. I didn't mention it but all of the supporting cast was awesome. Loved Reginald VelJohnson's performance too.

    • @trevortalksmovies
      @trevortalksmovies Месяц назад

      Also on Alan Rickman playing Gruber, **spoiler alert** for those who haven't seen it but Alan Rickman did the stunt fall himself at the end of the film. Supposedly fell backwards 40 feet onto a crash pad! The filmmakers made sure to have him film that scene last as you might imagine lol

Of note are the cameos by Philip Stone who plays Delbert Grady (in that very red bathroom). You can also see him in A Clockwork Orange and Joe Turkel as Lloyd the bartender...who was in Bladerunner.
