The mannequin my Ghostface costume is on, is one I found on Facebook marketplace

It is, it’s a hand that I cut apart and put armature wire into so it was poseable

I used about 1.5 kgs of clay to sculpt, about 2 kilograms of plaster for the mold, and about a litre of latex

You could learn to fix it yourself, try some new skills 😉 it would be difficult for me to try and fix it unfortunatly

Ultra whites were used as props in Scream 2022 and Scream VI, but not worn by Ghostface. Ghostface did wear an ultra white in some scenes of the 3rd season of the TV series

Mostly laziness, but I’ve found the way I lay up the first half of my moulds usually means that I can have them overlap and create a pretty clean seam. As long as there’s a bunch of Vaseline on the edge I have no issues

No, the voice changer electronics in these don’t work properly anyway, so those portions have been removed and replaced with a soundboard

They had them for a really short time, maybe a Halloween season or two. They seem to have quietly discontinued them as they were plagued with quality control issues

The black shroud was custom sewn to match the normal Funworld masks

Sure, you’ll need clay to make the sculpt with, you’ll have to estimate how much clay you need depending on what type of mask you wish to sculpt. You’ll need plaster to make the mold, doesn’t have to be anything fancy, you can get by with plaster of Paris, you’ll just need enough to make at least a 2.5 cm/one inch thickness around your whole sculpt, And you’ll need latex, again you’ll have to estimate depending on how thick you want your rubber mask to be, how big your mask is and what sort of latex you can find. Around one litre should be enough for most masks pretty safely. Other stuff you’ll need will be sculpting tools, mixing cups, paints, fabric to sew a shroud if you’re making a scream style mask, thread to sew the shroud onto the latex, scissors to cut eye holes etc
