Recorded this during a contract dispute with verizon and WPXI as their channels were blacked out. This one doesn't mention anyone by name and is in SD since the channel (Channel 9 PCNC) is in SD. Recorded 1/1/2020 with an HDHomeRun PRIME

I used a ClearQAM tuner on my FiOS again and noticed the EAS channel had changed since my last upload, so here's a clip. My tuner picked this up as channel 63-101 labelled PR610101. (My tuner is an Ematic AT103B set to cable mode. Picks up many ClearQAM channels) Recorded 7/21/2019

@@BowfromII_19 I have a spectrum issued cable box. Right now to receive the channel, I have the coax plugged in directly to the TV right now, however I will try this. Will this method work or will the cable box not tune to it entirely?
Before I cancelled my FIOS Subscription I hooked up my tv to the coax cable using a splitter for both my STB and TV and when I scanned for channels it was one of the channels that were not scrambled back in 2020. (Not sure about this year)
Feels like it's only used when they need to do a test. The Emergency Alert System didn't even activate when a radar indicated tornado was on doppler radar. Plus that radar indicated tornado was later on proven to have been on the ground. So to me, the world could end and the EAS would only do a test.

If you connect a splitter and use one coax cable to your QAM Cable Supported TV and the other port to your FiOS STB. If you scan for channels on your QAM CABLE TV you will find this channel. It's hidden.

The First 2 Numbers Are Different For Every VHO. VHO 8 Is Channel 71.101, An Unknown VHO Is 76.101, And This One Is 63.101
