Your a badass phil!
Love seeing this!!! Keep it up please. Great memories
I will say this again and again. Thank you, Tim C. for teaching me everything I know in music and guitar. The days at Livewire and your home. Tim , Scott D & DJ schooling be about Queensryche. The compositions written by Tim and Scott I heard next level 😳 . Thanks to Militia and everyone, you know who you are. RIP Tim C.🕊
Very cool to see this you guys. The crazy stories of Tim are spot on. Had many with him as well. One that stands out at giant 1/4 lb burger involved Dominguez, two oranges, and a near ass kicking of myself. Tim and Scott never left their barstools while a dude had me by the nape. Rest easy my friend
Phil is being such a baby here refusing to embrace Robb. Sure I believe Phil didn’t like the direction the band was going in at the time but the main reason for him leaving must be that he could not take the critisism for his guitarplaying serious and fucking improve. I mean he NEVER nailed that fucking solo and I totally understand if Robb demands a higher standard from his leadplayer. You can’t be that sloppy all the time in that kind of a band and it’s a shame he didn’t step up cause as songwriters they where a deadly team, especially in Violence.
What special drug are you on? 🤔 silly silly comment
Phil and Robb did not talk since that day.
I’m so happy that Tom is Strong and Healthy! Thrash On Brother!🔥✨
Early 2007 was my intro to MH.....I saw them in Fresno, California at the Rainbow Ballroom....ashamed now to admit I didn't know who they were at the time...the bill was Gorija as the opener, then Trivium, then MH, then Lamb of God.....that night is legendary as I look back. Saw the same MH lineup again with Adam Duce in Luxembourg in December 2011.
Phil's pretty emotional at the end of the solo. Amazing dude.
Sure he was struggling not to cry out😢
It's just fucking incredible. Absolutely fucking incredible! Best band in the world! I love you soooooo much guys!!! MACHINE HEAD! MACHINE HEAD! MACHINE HEAD!
I read that Phil admitted that the days leading to his & Dave's departure that he didn't really like the musical direction Robb was taking & that he didn't really like his job anymore & it seems quite evident in the way he performs on here. Seeing the part where Phil & Dave receive "Thank You" notes from the fans at the front is quite heartbreaking as they'd been the heart & soul of Machine Head. Sure the original members from the "Burn My Eyes" album are good but Machine Head with Phil & Dave had helped brought the band to greater heights musically with songs such as "Halo" & "Aesthetics of Hate". Machine Head to me me will never be the same without Phil & Dave. 😔😔
My heart still hurts from his passing. Much love to you Willy. Gone way too soon. Thanks Phil for an awesome tribute.
Pretty funning Phil, Dave and Adam get together and jam..... but not Robb.
This was fun!
Блять, пиздец. Парни уйдите красиво. Нахуй мусолить гитару. Я ж помню блять как было круто. Поминки себе устроили.
I can’t wait for the show next weekend.
Lol. Machine head is around more now than any other band during the pandemic. This must have been a Motley Crüe ‘retirement’ type thing.
I WAS AT THIS SHOW! AMAZING DOESNT DESCRIBE IT!
Paid for the VIP show on the last tour, Dave was so humble, Phil was a total dick and hit on my girl openly in front of me.... But she turned him down for a photo hahaha three times!!! Bet he wasn't used to that!
he looks like a man that has been grooming me since i was a teenager what a closet case
🤣🤣🤣 Come on,Man. How can you honestly post that?
Someone's getting their ass called out 😂
Can”t wait to See Blind Illusion and Mordred in August! Their Gonna Crush!🤘🏻🔥✨
Very sad night
The last day of MH’s golden era. Personally cannot accept MH without Phil & Dave. Now this “band” has gone to shit. The main riff for HALO was written by Dave btw, he also plays guitar. So sad it’s over.
Hasn't gone to shit at all
Went to shit then quickly snapped out of it. Of Kingdom and Crown is amazing. Give it a listen if you haven’t yet. It’s easily their best album since the Blackening.
Never knew dave played guitar. Cool.
I find this all very exciting It's like a rebirth of a scene from long ago a great scene Harold I am very happy about your success (we used to hang out here an there back in the day an had a love hate thing) I am very grateful you documented a historic time in music See you at the benefit show
I met Both Debbie and Tim at The Omni in Oakland, it was a Pleasure Having Conversations with Them, won”t ever forget Those times!✨
🤘🏼
I Love This Bastard Band of Thrash!!🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🔥✨
Great job Harald!
What an honor to be included in this Epic song!!!!!
Yeah Mark what's up with that? Harald plugs everyone else except you helping us on all those background vocals! The sound of those vocals change dramatically for the better once you joined!
@@GpaJoe6669 I am just happy to be on it!
@@GpaJoe6669 I'm just glad what I did worked! It was an honor!
Harald O only works within walking distance!
It's all smoke and mirrors
Saw them open for metallica in boston 2009 they were incredible
And all because Rob turned into a leftie woke sjw gobshite!
Deen Dell was mentioning his knees being replaced, he had a dislocated kneecap incident on stage during one of their shows back in the day and was pushed around in a wheelchair, he played like that the rest of the night too..lol
Machine head is my favourite band I saw them in 97 in London and have seen them like over 20 times and Dave and Phil are machine head and Face is the greatest stockman in the world. Now they've left I actually despise machine head. I now love Jinjer they're so much more of a band. What Rob has turned machine head into is not machine head. Matt is a great drummer but he's not dave mcclain and I refuse to move on. They've changed for the worse. I don't like them anymore. Sorry. Poor Phil was crying after that performance he couldn't even head bang he'd lost his energy however it was machine head that drained it becaise he had it back in slayer
agree. everything really fell apart when Adam and Rob had a falling out, and then Rob went full on liberal
don't talk shite
@@goodini026 you mean Rob stopped being a homophobe, racist etc and started appreciating that we're all human and people from all communities love metal. stop crying about it
This was fun to do :)
I've loved this band since 94' they never get OLDahhh! <3
8 months and no one commented on your OLDahhhhh!!! ??? .. Haha… well done my friend.
Poor Phil :( him and Robb complimented each other so well...
🤦♂️
Why did they quit?
Cause Robb has become a complete SJW and totally self-obsessed. In the end the other band members weren't even allowed to do press for Machine Head. The success of the Blackening really got to his head; Robb thinks he's an all-time great pioneer of metal, when in reality he has jumped on every trend out there. And this is said by someone - who to this day - is still a huge machine head fan, but sadly Robb has lost it.
Just seemed the right time for them is what I've heard. As awesome as Dave & Phil are it's always been Robb's band, since wayyy back in 91 when he began plans to start the almighty MH.
Where have you read that him being a "SJW" ever had an effect on anyone else in the band? I've read most interviews I've come by since the break and I have never heard neither Phil or Dave mention it even once. The lyrics Phil brought up as an example was California Bleeding and I have no fucking idea how you could project those lyrics as being "SJW."
@@Carnelust He's probably a racist who got triggered when Robb spoke up against racism.
@@oliverjensen223 ye robb flynn is the reason i really cant dig machine head as much as i want to. the music is good, but his self obsessed behaviour is hard to miss after blackening, locust and i guess BD. he is kinda on the same level of lars ulrich to me.
That solo tho
And lets face it,how fuckin shit are rob and his hired guns pretending to be head like now absolutely horrid...get demmell back in the band with Dave Lombardo on drums..
😍😍 thanks so much for having me!!
Yeah, he nailed that video!
Pesado
Dress the Dead 💀 rocks 🤟👊
After the solo Phil looks so about to start bawling his eyes out :(
Going on a honeymoon after getting divorced. Poor chap
