Eloho Omame really hits the nail on the head when she talks about supporting early-stage ideas. In Africa, there are so many people with brilliant concepts, but they often struggle to even get an MVP off the ground or cover basic costs like hosting. But I think this level of support is still missing out on actually innovative ideas. Building a start-up up to any level requires some social skill, funding (family friends or self) but what about people who lack both, but have a passion for creating change and can come up with at least 3 incredibly innovative ideas before breakfast. I think there should be a new focus on building teams instead, similar to the way it was done in ancient Rome, where patrons built universities to gather creative/genius individuals in one place so that they can come up with inventions, art, writing, math etc. but in this case it will be focused and based on how each person's skill will complement each other. This is the future of VC investing in my opinion. Building teams natively would not just unlock new potentials and discover hidden gems, but bring massive amount of wealth to VCs that have a vision and can follow through with this. I'd stress the importance of including the final "non-appealable" adjudication wording in the intentional and illegal profit exclusions of some professional policies. Just recently, some carriers have been trying to assert that just "final adjudication" allows them to escape defense after the first adverse findings. This after the distinction between "in fact" and "final adjudication" wording was supposed to have been settled over 20 years ago.

Finding 2: The person hasn't attended any law school program before Fordham Law LLM that requires academic law study background as a prerequisite condition. Is Hitotsubashi University Graduate School (M.B.L. 2018) regarded to be a law school? Since Hitotsubashi is stating that the Business Law Department was established in 2000 as part of the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy, the nature as a business school would be superior to that of a law school. International Christian University (B.L.A. 2014) is regarded to be a liberal arts school. Therefore, the academic profile tells that there might be another backdoor admission/graduation path. If the academic profile is correct, hope more explanations to convince public. If the profile is incorrect, hope appropriate modifications.
