Hey buddy, I've been playing Super Smash Bros for a loong time (since the 1st came out with my brothers, actually) and I don't think it's possible to move with Doctor Mario like that in the game. I'd be willing to bet he used a computer or something to speed it up. No one has the ability to do upB cancel that consistently, not with their normal hands anyway. That is TAS-level of execution. If I'm wrong, send us the input records of the controller from the game recording. You won't, because you know it's fake. GG's.
this may be speed up by x1, he could be on Boxx too, also it is possible to move like that with doc lol., there are some crack ppl up there regarding tech skill
