These guys just can't make a bad album. I listened to their studio recordings chronologically while working on other things the past week or so. They are just so consistently great while not sounding like they're rehashing their past.

Their best album. Holds its own alongside many more lauded albums by more well know bands. Folks, this album holds its own alongside Exile On Main Street, for God's sake. The "crosstalk" between 3 lead guitarists with widely divergent styles which Moby Grape was famous for in concert is clearly in evidence here, and is a true delight.

I like this, though it is a bit tame compared to some of the Red Krayola releases. This is just skewed enough to maintain my interest. God bless Red Krayola and all who sail with it.

Inner worlds pts 1&2 is an epic piece on this good album. This ionospheric two-part excursion, an extremely violent cohesion of freeform electronics over a frenetic rhythm section, that eventually resolves itself into a celebratory main theme, with bell chimes etc before fading; like dials flicking over into red and beyond, fusing, dazzling transcendental white. What a composition that number is.
