Then it gets on truck and the trucker gets to the delivery location and then they winds why bags of flour is pouring out and the product on top is leaning since the bag is not flattened and everything toppling over. Speed was good for sure, but quality is better for everyone that’s included in the function of this whole operation. Loaders don’t unload, if they did they’d care way more
Any for a rookie, I’m a big dude but I get burn out after lunch and I don’t eat lunch at all just lots of water.. plz anything I really like the job but I’m having a hard time hitting my number, I’m hitting a 800-1000 pick a day, but when there a lot of ppl in one aisle it holds me back from waiting… any tips would be nice… thank u..
My biggest problem is leaving myself enough space when I'm parking next to the pick slots so I am constantly bleeding from scraping up against the shelves and the pallets on the second level.

Yo bro I worked at Sysco before and now I’m a driver at shamrock . Just a quick tip my man you should put the labels on the outside for the drivers it saves them a ton of time to scan them especially if they’re looking for them on those pallets .
Hey bro I just wanna say this is very helpful I’m going into an hiring event this weekend and they need selectors .. I really appreciate you GOD BLESS YOU
Until one day that guy brings down the shelves and causes half a mill in damages. Like I know warehouse workers have it rough but this is playing it a little too risky for daily use.
Gonna clue anyone who wouldn’t understand in on why he’s going so fast , warehouses use a system called KPI (basically a score for how fast you are at working) - how it works = number of items picked ~ time spent picking , if you know how averages work in this instance starting the day with a really high kpi will mean that you can go a lot slower throughout the rest of the day . Highly likely this is his first order pick of the day or first few
Bro stepped right on the pallete. Honest question: Aren't you supposed to put those pallets in the return center not just step on it and keep going. If I would have done that that would be a write up
2nd week order filling for Walmart…in the freezer -10 to -20 degrees….not an easy job but the pay and schedule makes it worth it 🔥 Can’t wait till I can pull big percentages and make the incentives 💪
They still stack them shit ty get to a customer and have to dig for the product out of ten pallets
Stack job looks good 👍 The driver will appreciate it
