I like some of the ciga design watches and China is actually producing some original class watches now but you know you made a mess when you have to explain where the hour, minute, and second hands are. It all blends together. If you would have colored the hands and left the seconds as is it would have been more legible

Bought ciga design watch from TATA Cliq online store on September 2023 and now its not working and its under warranty period. I have contacted tata cliq help center and ciga design support center. They are not responding. Atleast i need service. They are not at all genuine. Its a fraud company from china. Wont get any service from india.

The rotor on this watch sounds like a ratchet when you move. The mechanics of this watch also rattle, but it looks nice. It's definitely not worth it at your price point. Charge more if it will provide a better movement. Hell, I'd rather it come in a plain box if I'd get a better watch from you guys. What happened to your quality control? You've always made a great watch, this time you failed.

Amazing 😊 But Sapphire should be on the front, and the strap close to the case should thicker, matching the case. Apart from that, I think I will buy it, but will need to search for different strap, as it looks like it would not match this elegant looking watch at all 😢
