step 2 training plan at this point your in a calorie deficit and eating healthy so now every day you need to go for a 30 min walk if your really fat 1hr walk id your pudgy chubby and not attractive to the male gaze and if your pudgy chubby and not attractive to the male gaze but are able to run run for 30 mins everyday Sunday is a rest day run with water to stay hydrated and yea stay consistent because girlys remember there's no beautiful in fat
