Babysitting, pulling weeds, mowing lawns, raking leaves, shoveling snow (if it snows in the winter where u live), you can maybe get a local summer job like at a small day camp or a store, see if you parents or friends have any relation to someone who owns a restaurant or store nearby cause they would prob hire you, if your parents pay for chores DO THEM, pet sitting, dog walking, watering someone’s plants while they on vacation, there’s act a lot to do

I would say try and save up pop cans and do easy yard work for neighbors! I don’t know a lot about guitars but that sounds super cool

It’s kinda ethereal like. Maybe add a few power chords for a verse and think about things that correlate to the lyrics. Creek: forests, trees, water, fish Town: people, family You’re already doing that for corn and tree and farm, so continue doing that. Also: add different rhymes into the song. Take Starlings of the Slipstreams by pavement for example.
