Yess!! One of the best OSTs the input is light, light, forward, down, heavy, down, forward, up. I made a tutorial for it if you need any more help !
Just bought this game and I wasnt expecting the combat to feel even better than it looks. You can do so much. This is exactly what I've been looking for in a beat em up. Love the fighting game inspired mechanics.

@@icn651 Heya I believe you unlock all the colors by just beating the game and the last 2 locked ones are from the bonus mode after, if there's more they are the Deluxe edition ones!
Those enemy step cancels, how do you do them so fast?
Just a lot of practice and muscle memory haha some of these clips took a long time to land !

@@andremartinez5307 You should try it ! If you're playing on Steam you can use the steam rebinder I moved things around put jump as the normal snackbox up button ect

Ok I’ve practiced the move enough to break it down into parts. First: LL Next: Right > Down (62) > H In the middle of H (Heavy punch or Ground Spike): Down > right > up The input reading is weird. I haven’t tried it on a modern controller but this game doesn’t read Diagonals. Definitely makes the combo easy to understand but I think it takes longer to read the motions on an arcade stick/Analog cause of the dead zone of no diagonal input. It’s recommended that you use a controller but I found using Keyboard was better since the arrow keys felt easier and faster to use.
I play on a Leverless Arcade stick ! definitely agree that it will be easier done with directional inputs Dpad/Keyboard ect
This was sick! 🎉 I'm not into 2D Beat 'Em Ups/Hack 'Slash anymore, but it's good to see that the genre is still alive and played this well.

You think you could record yourself doing it on Thorman or Enyo? I was wondering how it'd interact with them, as i assume it's an instant kill on grunts.
I did try to use it on Thorman but you don't get the animation ! it does appear to a good amount of damage though and yeah it instant kills the grunts but not all the heavy enemies
