a couple of billion ££ might save it for a few years, I used to live and work there in the 80s I was a member of the inshore rescue for a while. The beach has been losing sand for decades. I take it the valley is still there. I always wondered if the sea defences at horsey and catfield groins I think we're trapping the shifting sands preventing the beach from forming like at corton with the outer harbour project at Yarmouth.

Which idiot came up with the idea of dropping a few boulders as a defence? First they will not achieve anything, secondly much of the recent land loss was a result of extremes of rainfall.

That Beach Cafe and the building next to it are next to go. Those sea defences are only a joke.

Oh my ,so sad ,spent many happy holidays in Hemsby and on the beach , it was massive then ,with donkeys and lots of people and the dunes were a great place to hide ,also remember the old derelict huts all over the place too 😢

I parked in that car park (at 11:44) last September, there were bushes and a fence before the beach. Seems like it’s all gone… 😢

Won't be long before the lifeboat Station is no more.

What has happened to the beach, I used to come here as a kid & I'm really saddened by it.

The last of the sand dunes, they will soon all be gone.

I think the music is appropriate ,what is happening is how nature works places have been lost over the centuries and now the time has arrived for this land .The music reflects this sadness .

I love this video.. but your music must reflect the devastation. Nice chords are nice.. but acknowledging the utter smashing, and ruination of 'our' beautiful coast needs elevation. No criticism. Relaxing & beautiful music, is for beautiful places. Our East coast is dying, before 'our' very eyes. Comments and music are all important... I just want someone to do something.😢
