Well that's not the video I expected to be uploaded by mr. Hofle after 10 years of silence 😂
This steam locomotive is monster more than twice the size of biggest steam locomotive I have seen in India. I can guess this engine was meant to haul goods train carrying stones or ores from mines.
Yesterday I watched a video explaining how steam locomotives work by animagraff, if im not wrong, and in that video they are explaining using Union Pacific Big Boy, and somehow RUclips recommended this video which have less than 300 view for me.
Galaga, Dig Dug, Mr. Do, Elevator action,
Love it! Miss the days of arcades in every mall.
THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!
Yes! Heard Gorf!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Freaking amazing. Was about to criticize lack of Tron till I heard it. Still didn’t hear Gorf, Dragons Lair…..
I could fall asleep to this
A sound most people will have never experienced 😭
for those who really like arcades, I know a place which is the biggest retro arcade in the country!!! It’s called the galloping ghost arcade!!! It’s located on odgen avenue in Brookfield Illinois!!! Give it a shot it’s amazing!!!! GAMES! GAMES! GAMES!!!!
I've been there ( 3-4 years ago) so i'm due back hopefully this summer so I can play Asteroids in its true vector form and Star Castle afterwards next !
Been there, FunSpot too! Both excellent places. There's also an arcade in Ohio called Past Times that has rows and rows and rows of pinball machines.
I almost hear Luigi saying “ okie dokie”
Now off to Sbarro for a slice of pepperoni.
I can smell this video.
I hear Tempest!
Lol EVERY FEC USES THIS FOR THE ARCADE
you forgot to add the sounds of a jukebox blaring Foreigner and Journey.
the arcade was a magical place for me. It always gave my imagination lots of fuel. In the 90's, arcade games were like playable animated comic books,.. just with all action. I also love the smell of comics from the 90's and 80's. The ink and paper smell pleasant to me.
THE DHALSIM STAGE ELEPHANT!
Totally awesome while playing my arcade machines! Thanks!
This noise makes me feel warm inside lol ❤
"HADOKEN" "SHORYUKEN" "GET OVER HERE!"
only thing missing in these videos is hearing a voice say, "Damn maching took my quarter!"
I’m still waiting for a VR game where you can chill and play arcade with friends.
I was actually just on a world like that in VRChat today. Most of the games are just there for the aesthetic but you can play some of them.
Who else the peppa pig theme song
If I remember the loudest games were Galaga, Pac-man, Ms Pacman, Dig dug, DONKEY KONG 😅
millipede, tempest, tron
When is the next drop?!
such good sounds
"Your bones will lie in the dungeons of wor, ha ha ha."
Round 2 FIGHT! This takes me back!
i remember going to the bowling alley or local arcade and it sounding like this. i would recycle cans, mow lawns, do extra chores and even do other students' homework for money to go play. my parents said it would turn my brain to mush, but really they didn't want me going to the arcade with the other hooligans. so they bought a nintendo, hoping i would stay home and play. well, that didn't work, as nothing beat the arcade. not just because the games were superior in terms of technology but that we (our childhood circle of friends) could always find one other there, at one time or another. i once caught a kid going through the pockets of my jacket, which was on the coat rack, when i was distracted and playing super contra. i got pretty pissed and walked away from the game, but the kid ran so i grabbed my jacket, slung it on, and ran back to super contra.....surprisingly in that five seconds away from the game i hadn't died.
This is exactly what I was looking for, only 100 times better than I had imagined! thank you so much, this is gold.
Hearing Toobin. The many HADUOKIN's and the sound of SMASH TV sometimes. Sometimes I think I heard tapper/rootbeer tapper. Makes me sad we don't have arcades like this much anymore. Because these are awesome! I feel like it would get people less isolated. But following secure health restrictions to make sure nobody catches anything. You know what I mean? Absolutely wonderful compilation of arcade ambience ahofle. Even after nearly a decade of this being up.
This 1992 arcade ambiance works perfect for when I’m playing Cactus Jack pinball-Gottlieb 1991
Been on a early 80s arcade kick lately. My favorites are pretty much every one else's LOL. In no order: Pac-man, Ms Pac Man, Defender, Centipede, Millipede, Galaga, Frogger, Robotron 2084, Battlezone, Missle command, Asteroids, Q*bert, Dig Dug, Warlords, Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr, Donkey Kong 3, Mario bros. I couldn't get into Joust. I have never played Bezerk or Frenzy. Not sure where I can.
Man, please, for the love of all mankind, you HAVE to make this a FLAC 😍 😍 😍 😍
LOVE THIS!
starts right off with Sinistar...hell yeah...
I seriously love these. I started collecting the My Arcade mini players and will be making a small diorama cabinet. Will pipe this through a hidden Bluetooth behind the machines. Only suggestion I can offer is you need to have a change machine dumping 5 bucks of quarters every so often.
Imagine the fun had playing all of these games to generate their individual contributions to this. :)
You know what would be awesome? If there were a VR program that has all of the games placed in a virtual arcade, and as you move around through the arcade, you can see the playbacks on the screens of the machines and the sounds are mixed in 3d too. (sigh)
This exists, I just can't remember the name of it at the moment! And.. you can play the games too (once setup).
I’m from San Francisco and I remember the dog house and pier 39 in fisherman’s wharf, the arcade across the street from the old terminal building, downtown arcade… good times. I remember going to the local electronics shop and playing “Intellivision” baseball for hours!
what year did you start?
1:50 Galaga
played 1983 - 2005. Tekken DR was the las t legit arcade game to survive where I was. The last local arcde became a chemist. It was a dark, cavern with multiple arcade games and some pool tables. Andy I just got a new phone I panicked when I couldn’t find this Worst day of my life I’m saving this on 3 different accounts just to be safe Love your work bro 😎
👍🏻👍👍👍👍👍👍
The sounds of unfettered joy. A pocketful of quarters, the dim light, the smell of cheap, greasy food, and dozens of brightly-colored attractions looking to playfully separate you from your pocket change. The Casino Arcade in Santa Cruz is every bit of that feeling, held in stark defiance of the ravages of time. The only thing missing is the weird carpet, they've got a plain concrete floor there. :P
I'm only 32 years old but grew up in an area that had tons of old classic arcades so Im glad I got to enjoy them too just like some of you in your 40's. I love metal slug and of course all of the great Namco classics like pacman and digdug especially! I have every mame game on my emulator from 1980 to 2001
Konami games were always my favorite
Will you every do a 1989 version?
