You're better off eating the entire egg not just the whites. All of the nutrition and fat is in the yolk. Good fat is not the enemy, sugar and carbs are the enemy.
Great content. have you tried the carnivore diet. Many diabetics reversed it. Its basically eat meat and drink water or sugar free liquids
I haven’t heard of that but I’ll look into it for sure.

So you haven't reversed type two..you are controlling it, I'm prediabetes as from 2 weeks ago and thought I'd watch how to reverse type 2 if it got to that. Good for you on your motivation. Look into Berberine 500mg three times daily...its so much better that metformin! X
