The pre-rendered video cutscenes in Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time are only rendered at a resolution of 1080p with a framerate of 30FPS. Using Topaz Video AI's suite of upscaling and interpolation tools, I managed to get them up to 2160p and 60FPS.
