not bad, but you need to start to think in what situation the player is reloading in, is he in the middle of the battlefield? then why the slow fire select? is he just goofing around with the gun? then why be ready with the barrel at the target at all times? also try animating the sets with your hands in real life, this might give you an idea of how long each action should take. lastly, go to a firing range, this will teach you many things, like how inserting mags is actually very difficult and shouldn't be seamless.
