The germans would have not invaded greece and Yugoslavia because they only did that thanks to Italy's invasion of Greece that we know that went horrible and they needed aid, bulgaria will also would have not join the axis because they only wanted to take Macedonia and Thrace from Greece and Yugoslavia, also the Italian army was smaller and less modern than the French one, there was no way for italy to hold the germans back for that much time and it would have fallen in like 1 or maybe 2 months after France's surrender because its army was SEVERELY unprepared and thanks to the war in Ethiopia and civil war in spain that basically just bankrupted the italian army The germans would accualy be very likely to defeat the soviets because they would have not have to send troops in Libya, invasion would have not have been delayed by that much time, and without the invasion of the balkans, the germans would have slightly more men to throw at the soviets
