10 years on and I'm back to listen to the late Red Crow. Beautiful song that I attempted to cover myself once.
I just found his music today. I love it! I found him on a video where he was talking about Hopi prophecy. His music and words speak to me and my love for the earth and disappointment in those who are carelessly destroying it.

I met this man in Upstate NY so many many years ago. I was with my Mohawk friend and Floyd sang this Quiet Desperation for us. I cried then and I cry now. Whenever I hear it. Someday I may make it back to Window Rock, someday. Thank you, Sir.
Was in a band at Berklee College Of Music called Quiet Desperation.
