Makes me want to work there not for the gift it’s the appreciation this company has for employees
What a beautiful and amazing thing to do for Mike .. made me well up for sure .. it’s so good to see there are still good people in the world of commerce 🙏🙏❤️❤️
To give him any thing less would be wrong. You dont hear to maney people Who stay at one job for 40 years. The man loved hes job. Watch out for thoses pigs.
And that’s a big block
That was awesome never see that again
I have never been more jealous of a person more
What a Great Company.
WOW! A good work ethic, hard work, being prompt , seems like that is a thing of the past anymore, but not for Mike.. Congratulations, Mr. Boock!!! You earned this. And, I will also say that WCCO sure knows how to show their gratitude!
Amazing!
Wonderful story..brought tears to my eyes.
4:20 "are u s####in me?" "NO!"
America has so many wonderful people like that good to see that sense of family and shared pride
Best golden handshake I’ve ever seen 👏
..phucking thief ... stolen videos 🖕 👎🖕 👎🖕 👎🖕 👎🖕 👎🖕 👎🖕 👎🖕 👎
what a great gift from a great company.
i have worked for a company 20 years and didn't even a pat on the back or a hand shake but there are some good company who do treat there employees great and tell them they are going a great job.
Very rare usually management brags how cheap they get people for or once the employee reaches 60 they want rid of them due to higher insurance costs and most companies have a retirement plan for management that is way better than anything offered to workers, it is good to see a company that actually treats all employees good not just their buddies in management, again very very rare lucky man.
How that's a company that truly cares about there Employees enjoy your ride !!!
This should happen more often.
Hmm wonder if there hiring? 😂
Who's cutting onions
And this explains why he worked there for 40 years. Well done Wcco
Much better than a tie or a shitty watch...
The “you gotta be shittin me” guy in the back is pissed 🤣
Now, THAT'S some gold watch -- and it's not even his retirement gift! How can they top THIS??!!
Good things happen to good people
now the guy with 17 years is thinkin "they better get me a dam house at my 40 years"
Im just a number at my company. They really could care less about us. GLad to see a company doing things for their employees
Now that’s what I call an appreciative Owner
Beautiful Stingray. That Model Style, looks early '70's, is the Epitome of a Corvette Stingray. Congratulations Mike God bless
Awesome video, RIP Mike.
I love how he immediately looks for someone's hand to shake
Just crossed the 20 yr mark at my 100 year old global US company and not even a thanks from management. Old enough to retire any time and when I do I give a 5 minute notice.
Jeff Bezos take notes
❤️
Only a few things make a man cry in front of people. A hot rod is part of that short, short list.
Now that's a gift of gratitude!
The ceo of the company and owners have class. Congratulations!
Awesome
4:00 The guy who’s been working there for 41 years: “You’re shittin’ me”
This is great! I had worked at a printing company who had an employee retire after 35 years of service. They didn't get him anything but we, as co-workers, gathered money and got him a very nice watch to commemorate the special occasion.
You'll never see this any where RESPECT THE CLASS OF WORKERS NOW POOR
That’s great, fair play to the company for looking after them all. My current employer gives 1 extra holiday after 20 years service 😂
Very kind gesture! More companies should be like this, especially when it comes to recognizing truly kind and valuable employees! WCCO execs, you all rock!
I was happy my company gave me a ham last year. Sigh.
Not just a Corvette but an LT-1.
Keep those fancy new exotic looking vettes, this is truly awesome
did 40 yrs with mine....didn't quite get a Corvette or even a little toy Corvette lol.
Is it weird to get teary eyed?
that is how you repay a loyal employee.
