Air rack it uncocked. You won’t have the aid of the firing pin spring pulling back on the sear while having to overcome the disconnector tension. If the one arm rack is to be a “thing” it should also be able to cock the weapon while loading the chamber in an emergency. Otherwise it’s a goofy trick everyone does. Imagine loading a mag, forgetting to rack the slide, then pulling the trigger and hearing click while one hand is simultaneously disabled. Me, I’d yank the rear sight on my belt or boot and not rely on a fancy party trick.
