I saw an interesting theory that Bruce had turned himself into some sort of vampire due to the modified venom he took. It would explain why he still appears skinny and malnourished and why he didn't chase after Tim and Jason after they escaped the Batcave as the sun might've been out

I might send a couple more messages explaining my full thoughts and theories on it.
